Those interested in attending tryouts will need to signup with the AYSO's United website.  

Please visit AYSO United Hawaii to register.

After completing the AYSO United Registration select the "My Account" button in the upper right hand corner.  Listed under your participants name will be the option to "View/Print" the Player Form.  Select the "View/Print" button, print a copy of the Player Form, and bring it to tryouts.
